Examples of types of information to include:

3. EMPLOYMENT/VOLUNTEER/WORK HISTORY—List all employment/volunteer experiences. Indicate if the experience was paid or volunteer. Include name of employer/organization, position title, starting/ending dates, total hours/hours per week, and a brief summary of key responsibilities. Use additional sheets as needed.
